The best country to live in

Institutions are failing us.

The education, finance, and healthcare systems of the 20th century are not able to support us like they used to.

We need to regain control of it.

A new country

Fortunately, the internet offers a platform for everyone to learn, connect, and collaborate.

The internet is a new country. The best country to live in. You will customize your learning, relationships, and work.

But this means that you will need to have the infrastructure needed to take matters into your own hands.

If you want to take control of your finances, you should learn about crypto storage. Similarly, if you want to take charge of your life in the modern age, you will learn about digital life management.

Since it is constantly evolving at a rapid pace, there are no books, courses, or guides available for it.

It is emerging in real time as we adapt to a new environment.

This time, we are not adapting biologically. Instead, we are adapting digitally.

DLM

This is a topic of discussion among others in the Elite Digitalist Club.

The goal is not to become a robot or a productivity machine.

Quite the opposite.

I want to grab this opportunity to allow myself to become more human.

To offload my technical and boring work to machines so that I can enjoy a spontaneous, creative, and inspirational life.

A new lens.

Next time you listen to a podcast, read a book, or watch a video, I encourage you to consume it with a new perspective - that of the digitalist.

Ask yourself:

  • What infrastructure do I need to adapt these principles?
  • Are they applicable in a digital age?
  • What tradeoffs am I being presented with?

A new chance

Survival “All civilizations suffer shocks, only those that absorb the shocks survive.” — Stewart Brand. Absorbing shocks is key to survival. These shocks come from change. Change is how the future invades our lives, and when it outpaces us, it brings struggle. As the world grows more complex, our days fill with endless distractions, chores, and obligations. These constant interferences pull us away from our Native State — our natural way of living. Survival Mode happens when we are saturated...

When you look closely at your life for an extended period of time. Be it months, years, or even decades. You become aware of something. The only constant in life is change. But change doesn't come in consistent, calculated, predictable doses. "There are decades where nothing happens; and there are weeks where decades happen"- Lenin. Some changes don't affect you at all. Others affect you for a while. But a few of them, alter the whole trajectory of your life. Things like Moving to a new city...

A new week is here, which means a new chance to get everything in sync. Today, instead of providing a template, I want to discuss a meta folder I always keep handy. This folder offers quick access to all the items that don't fit neatly into any specific life area. I call it the Reference folder. An overlooked issue in the world of systems is the absence of a constant reference point, similar to the "You are here" arrow on a map. Without this clear reference, it's impossible to navigate your...
